The terms, in plain words
If Embalo is not for you, write to support@getembalo.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. One per customer, on a first subscription.
After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period already under way, and we will always tell you before a changed price is charged.
Subscribed through the App Store? Apple's refund rules apply instead of ours, and may be more generous.
Subscribing through the App Store means Apple handles billing and refunds under their terms, and you cancel in your Apple account rather than with us.
