Embalo is subscription software for keeping a personal record of your own betting activity. You upload images of your own betting slips; the software reads them into a structured record and shows you a history of what you have recorded.
Embalo never accepts a wager, never holds customer funds, never sets or offers odds, and has no commercial or affiliate relationship with any sportsbook or gaming operator. Every figure the product shows describes activity you have already completed. It does not predict outcomes, recommend wagers, or provide betting advice of any kind.
Embalo is not offered to anyone under 21. We ask for date of birth at sign-up and refuse accounts below that age. Your date of birth is destroyed when you delete your account.

We also generate extraction results and confidence scores, audit entries recording significant actions, and session tokens.
We do not collect payment card details — a payment processor handles those and we never see them — contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To provide the service you asked for, to keep accounts secure and prevent abuse, to comply with law, and to improve accuracy within the limits described below.
When you upload a photograph of a betting slip, the image is sent to Anthropic and read by an AI model, which returns the structured details. The image leaves our infrastructure to do this. It is not processed only on your device, and not only on our servers.

Deleting your account destroys: your email address, your password, your profile including date of birth and display name, every session, every slip image, and every note you wrote.
Deleting your account keeps, with nothing personal left to link them to you: bet rows, bankroll accounts, transactions, and audit entries.
We would rather explain that than hide it. Those remaining rows describe money and actions rather than a person, and they are what makes an audit trail worth having. Your email address is replaced with a random one — not a scrambled version of the original, which would look anonymous while being reversible.
You can access your data — the app exports it — correct it, delete your account, and withdraw consent by deleting.
If you are in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these.

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm and never stored in readable form. Sessions use short-lived tokens, and every session is revoked when a password is reset. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Embalo is not directed to children, and nobody under 21 may use it.
We will post changes here and update the date above. For material changes to how your data is used, we will tell account holders directly.
